MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Jasmine Musa

Hi, I'm Jasmine! I am a certified Yoga Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor, currently based in Toronto, Canada. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness, I aim to create transformative and uplifting experiences for the mind, body, and soul.

Having completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in the serene mountains of Nepal and earning my Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) Certification with Canfitpro, I bring a unique blend of physical and spiritual practices into each of my classes.

My greatest joy is seeing students leave my classes with a smile, feeling more grounded, connected, and aligned than when they arrived.
